In this section the authors discuss the impact of supplier intrusion selection on information sharing strategies, the authors firstly divide the study scenarios into two, the first one is supplier with intrusion selection - labelling the with intrusion selection scenario as case O, and the second one is supplier with no intrusion selection - labelling the without intrusion selection scenario as case X. The two scenarios depend on the freshness elasticity, which has been mentioned in the previous chapters, as shown in the figure below:
